摘要
裂缝性地层压力系统复杂,地层压力系数测量困难。为了保证欠平衡钻井在裂缝性地层的顺利施工,地层压力及时、准确的测量显得尤为重要。欠平衡钻井随钻监测技术提供了一种随钻进行地层压力测试的方法,能在面临窄压力窗口、多压力系统时,保持当前欠平衡钻进施工的同时测量到地层压力系数,并监测多压力系统的存在。通过数口井的现场应用,其及时、精确的测量结果有效地保证了现场施工的顺利进行,防止了井漏井涌等复杂情况的发生,且测量结果与后续测试结果吻合度较高。该技术为实现井底压力的精确控制、保证裂缝性地层下欠平衡钻井的顺利进行提供了技术保障。
The fractured formation had complex pressure system and it was difficult to measure formation pressure in it. In order to ensure the successful construction of underbalanced drilling in fractured formations, it's important to measure formation pressure timely and exactly. The Pressure Monitoring System for under-balanced drilling provided a way to measure the formation pressure while drilling. By this system, precise measure of the formation pressure could be not only achieved, but also the multi-pressure systems while drilling were monitored when facing with the narrow pressure window and the multi-pressure system. Through field application in several wells, the timely, accurate measuring results ensured the successful construction of underbalanced drilling, prevented the occurrence of the complicated situation of well leakage or kick. And its measurements were consistent with the follow-up test results. This system provided technique support for the precise control of the bottom hole pressure, and ensuring the successful construction of underbalanced drilling in fractured formation.
