摘要
文章总结了医疗服务项目价格制定的研究成果和相关理论,并系统介绍了2012版的医疗服务价格项目规范。在项目成本测算体系建立与实证研究基础上,充分考虑国情,提出了2012版医疗服务项目定价模型,力图通过医生劳务价值测量方法创新和引入地区差异与医院级别差异系数等方法提高模型的广泛适用性和科学性。
The article summarizes the medical services price formulation of the research results and related theories, and then introduced the 2012 edition of medical service price standard. After full consideration of national conditions, it puts forward the 2012 version medical service items pricing model, which is based on the cost calculation system and empirical research. As a result, it will improve the model wide applicability and scientificness by innovation of doctors＇ labor value measurement method as well as introduction of the regional difference and the hospital level difference coefficient.
