摘要
针对海上作业平台和深海环境中工作的液压系统和设备对液压动力源提出的小型、便携、环保以及功率密度大等一系列发展要求,提出一种带双斜盘结构的轴向柱塞式电动机泵。该泵将双斜盘轴向柱塞泵泵体集成于屏蔽电动机转子内部,适用于在水下环境(包括条件比较恶劣的海水)工作,其整体具有小型,轻便,结构紧凑,功率密度大,同时抗污染能力强等一系列突出优点。对于泵内部特殊的双斜盘和缸体结构,进行运动状态下的受力平衡分析研究。研制样机并对电动机泵进行各项性能试验。试验结果表明,该泵在工作环境下散热良好,相比于传统的电动机、联轴器和柱塞泵三段式动力单元,泵工作状态下噪声有所降低,同时泵的各性能曲线基本达到预期的要求,验证该种电动机泵结构方案的实施可能性。该泵是一种比较有发展前景的新型液压动力单元,可以作为水下液压动力源设计的新思路。
The hydraulic power source used for hydraulic system and equipment of off-shore operation platform or in deep sea environment is required to be small-sized, portable, environmental protected and with high power density. To meet that demand, the axial piston canned motor pump with double swash plate is designed. The body of the axial piston pump with double swash plate is integrated in the rotor of the canned motor. The pump is suitable for working in the hostile underwater environment and it has a series of advantages like small-sized, portable, with compact structure, high power density and strong antipollution ability. The kinetic equilibrium is studied and the performance experiments of the prototype are carried. The results show that compared to the traditional pump which has three power units, motor, shaft coupling and piston pump, this one has sound heat dissipation performance and decreased working noise. Meanwhile, the performance curve satisfies the expecting requirements well so that the possibility of this kind pump is verified. Altogether, this kind of pump is a promising one and can provide a new idea for the designing of new hydraulic power unit.
