摘要
根据火力发电厂热力系统的特点,采用安全系统工程中的事故树分析方法,简洁形象的表示出水质异常状态和各种原因之间因果关系及逻辑关系,对水质异常隐患进行定性分析,找出了影响水、汽品质的主要因素,并提出了处理水质异常的措施流程,从而提前预防设备和水汽系统结垢、积盐、腐蚀,保证机组安全、经济运行,同时对节能减排起到促进作用。
According to the characteristics of the thermal power plant thermal system using the FTA of safety system engineering methods, causality and logical relations between the simple image shows water quality abnormal state and for various reasons, water quality anomalies hidden qualitative analysis to identify the main factors affecting water, steam quality and exceptional measures to address water flow, thus preventing heat and water vapor system fouling and salt accumulation, corrosion, ensure unit safety, economic operation, at the same time help promote energy conservation role.
