摘要
本文对现行的城乡居民低保标准及其确定方法进行评价,并利用逐步回归方法分析影响确定低保标准的相关因素。在此基础上,选择厦门市为代表性单位进行实证分析,研究其低收入阶层居民的消费结构特征,进而提出科学地确定城乡居民低保标准的方法。
The paper appraises the standards of minimum living of urban and rural residents and its determining method, and uses the way of successive steps regression method to analyze the related factors of determining the social security standards of minimum living of urban and rural residents. On this basis ,we select Xiamen as the typical unit to observe the characteristics of consumption of low-income residents in the city, so we suggest a scientific method of the determining social security standards of minimum living of urban and rural residents.
