摘要
目的:为探讨并比较采用不同手法行桡动脉采血的临床效果。方法:本研究将笔者所在医院2011年5月-2012年2月278例行桡动脉采血的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组139例患者采用食指中指之间行桡动脉采血,观察组139例患者食指中指旁行桡动脉采血,比较分析了两组患者的一次采血成功率及抽血所需时间。结果:观察组的一次采血成功率显著高于对照组,且平均采血时间也显著较对照组短。结论:采用食指和中指旁行桡动脉采血可以缩短采血时间,提高一次采血成功率,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective： In order to explore the clinical effect of different techniques on collecting blood from radial artery.Methods： A total of 278 patients who needed blood from radial artery in our hospital from May 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group 139 patients in the control group were collected 139 patients in the observation group were given artery blood-collection beside forefinger and middle finger.Results： The one time success rate and the blood collection time were compared between the two groups.The results show that the one time success rate in the observation group was significant higher and the time was also obviously shorter than that in control group （P〈O.OS）.Conclusion： Blood sample collection from radial artery beside index finger and middle finger can shorten the blood collection time and improve the one time success rate.It is worth to promote and apply in the clinic.
