摘要
塔里木油田地质构造复杂,油气埋藏普遍偏深,深井、超深井钻井工艺复杂、套管柱结构多样,如何准确检测套管磨损和评价固井质量,是测井工程的一大难题。为解决这一难题,油田引进了最新一代的套后成像测井仪Isolation Scanner,该仪器通过脉冲回波测量和挠曲波衰减测量,可对套管磨损、套管居中和固井质量情况进行定量评价。本文介绍了该仪器在塔里木油田的应用情况,通过实例分析认为该仪器应用效果良好。
The geologic structure of Tarim oilfield is complex and the hydrocarbon reservoir is buried deeply underground. Well drilling technology of deep and ultra-deep wells is so complex and the casing strings are various. How to detect the damage of casing and assess- ment of the cement bond becomes a great problem of well logging project. The new approach of Isolation Scanner is adopted for solving the problem by adding the flexural wave- form attenuation measurement to the conventional ultrasonic measurement, for the Isola- tion Scanner can assess the cement bond detect the damage of casing,just as wearing, ero- sion and perforation. The apparatus even can detect the casing in the bore hole. This paper introduces the application of Isolation Scanner to Tarim Oilfield.
