摘要
为了解决弹药装药中压装药柱的密度不均匀的问题,提出一种在单向压机上实现双向压药模具的设计方法。从单向压机压制药柱双向压药模具的总体设计方案、双向压药垫块及模体的设计方法、使用的原材料和热处理要求等出发,通过分析影响轴向压力降的各种原因,得到药柱的密度分布,并找到了取得密度均匀和平均密度大的药柱的方法。结果表明:该方法能取得密度均匀和平均密度大的药柱,解决了压装工艺中常见的问题。
For solving cartridge varied densities in press charging, put forwards a design method realize two-dimensional pressing-explosive mould in single-dimensional press machine. Based on whole design scheme of single-dimensional press machine pressing cartridge and two-dimensional pressing-explosive mould, design method of two-dimensional pressing-explosive skid and motif, raw material and heat-treatment method, analyze reasons which influencing axial pressure drop, acquire cartridge density distribution, and find out the method to realize cartridge with varied density and high average density. The result shows that the method can acquire cartridge with varied density and high average density, and solve the common problems of press charging.
