凝血系统异常与肝病研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 肝实质细胞可合成大量的凝血分子和纤维蛋白溶解系统，且肝脏可以调节凝血和溶血系统，因此凝血系统与肝脏功能密切相关。Mammen对于凝血系统异常与肝病的研究作出了重要贡献，他认为肝实质细胞功能异常会损害凝血系统，损害程度与疾病程度密切相关。肝硬化常伴有凝血功能异常，血小板减少和血小板病是肝硬化主要并发症，肝硬化患者纤维蛋白溶解系统常处于激活状态。
