摘要
通过单因素试验,讨论了抗静电剂R-TM用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间和pH对整理效果的影响,并在此基础上进行正交试验.结果表明,抗静电剂R-TM整理的最佳工艺为:抗静电剂R-TM用量5 g/L,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间120 s,pH=6.通过抗静电剂R-TM与抗静电剂PEE的对比试验得出,经两者整理后,涤纶的抗静电效果、毛效、吸湿性都有较大的改善,耐洗性较好,且抗静电剂R-TM的整体效果优于抗静电剂PEE.
The effects of dosage of the antistatic agent R-TM, curing temperature, curing time and pH on the finishing performance of the antistatic agent R-TM were investigated by single factor experiment. And the conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment. The results showed the optimum conditions of antistatic agent R-TM were: the dosage of the antistatic agent was 5 g/L, cured at 170 ℃ for 120 s under pH 6. Comparison experiments of antistatic agent R-TM and antistatic agent PEE finishing results showed the an- tistatic effect, capillary effect, hygroscopicity of the finished polyester fabrics were greatly improved. The washing fastness of the PolYester was also good, and the antistatic agent R-TM had better overall effect than antistatic agent PEE.
