摘要
高等学校在不断发展过程中,会逐渐形成以办学理念、办学定位、办学特色、办学目标以及校风、学风、价值观等为内容的大学文化。大学文化具有整体性、传承性、创新性、辐射性等特点,它是大学的血脉,是全体师生共有的精神家园,而特色大学文化则是现代大学不断向前发展的内在驱动力,在现代大学的发展中占据着极其重要的位置,发挥着不可替代的作用。"大别山道路精神"是安徽农业大学在80多年办学历史中凝结成的独具魅力的特色大学文化,不断推动着学校内涵发展、特色发展、创新发展和和谐发展。
In their developmental process, colleges and universities are gradually building up their college culture, including educational philosophy, orientation, characteristics, goals, school spirit, academic atmosphere, and values, etc. College culture is characterized with integrity, continuity, innovativeness, radiativeness and so on, composing the lifeblood of the university and being the spiritual garden shared by the faculty and students. Featured college culture is the intrinsic driving force for the continuous development of modern universities, which occupies an extremely important position in their development, playing an irreplaceable role. In 80 years of school history, ＂The Spirit of Dabie Mountains Road＂ of Anhui Agricultural University has condensed into its distinctive college culture, which will continue to promote the connotative, characteristic, innovative and harmonious development of the university.
