摘要
在新建变电站工程管理中,质量管理、进度管理、投资管理与安全管理被视为工程管理的四大主要方面。目前我国电力企业对工程进度的管理手段明显与国外企业存在差距,现代项目管理理论在进度管理中的应用还远远不够。在市场经济条件下,对电力建设工程的管理要求越来越严格,为了适应时代和企业发展的要求,必须在电力建设工程中,充分运用项目进度管理的相关理论,指导工程进度计划的编制和落实,保证电力建设工程按期按质完成。
In the new substation project management, project quality management, schedule management, investment management and security management are considered the four main aspects of project management. At present, a significant gap still exist in the progress of project management tools between State Grid and foreign companies, and the application of modern project management and schedule management is not enough. In the current market economy, power construction project management requirements become more stringent ; in order to adapt to the requirements of the era and enterprise development in the electric power construction projects, full use should be made of the progress of project management theory so as to guide the preparation and implementation of the project schedule and to ensure a high quality power construction project.
