摘要
目的:测量上下颌牙齿是否协调常用的方法是Bolton指数法,通过该方法测量分析白银地区安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者的Bolton指数及其异常的分布比例,预测矫治后的咬合关系。方法:对白银地区200例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者的记存模型进行牙冠宽度测量,并对Bolton指数及其分布进行分析。结果:200例患者中Bolton指数前牙比异常者占39.93%,偏大者占27.31%,偏小者占12.62%。全牙比异常者占46.13%,偏大者占28.44%,偏小者占17.69%。Bolton指数前牙比和全牙比男女间差异均无显著性。结论:白银地区安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者Bolton指数异常的发生率较高,且偏大者发生率高于偏小者,且全牙比异常者多于前牙比异常者。
Objective:The Bolton index is often used to measure the coordination of upper-lower teeth in orthodontic treatment,To investigate Bohon index of class ]I malocclusion patients and its abnormal distribution ratio in Baiyin,the Bohon index is used to forecast the relation of occlusion after treatment. Methods: class II malocclusion patients (male 116, female 92), with average age 15.28±1.92 ( 13-18 ), were selected. The tooth width were measured,and then Bolton index and the incidence of abnormal Bohon index were analyzed. Results: The incidence of abnormal Bohon anterior ratio was 39.93% ,in which the incidence of the oversized group was 27.31% ,and that of the undersized group was 12.62%. The incidence of abnormal Bolton allover ratio was 46.13% ,in which the incidence of the oversized group was 28.44% ,and that of the undersized group was 17.69%. There was no significant gender difference both in Bohon anterior ratio and overall ratio. Conclusion: The incidence of abnormal Bolton index is considerably high in Baiyin.
