摘要
为适应塔里木油田公司勘探开发建设新形势,以及塔里木油田规划目标,塔里木油田全面推行了标准化设计,以实现3000万t的产能目标。介绍了标准化设计的组织机构与体系;标准化设计的技术路线;标准化设计成果的3种形式;标准化成果的管理和应用;标准化设计对产能建设的推动;市场化运作的实施;信息化的专业归口管理等方面,并对塔里木油田标准化设计工作取得的成果进行了总结。最后,对油田标准化设计提出了几点认识与建议。
In order to adapt to the new construction situation of exploration and development in Tarim Oilfield Company , the standardized design was comprehensively implemented in Tarim Oilfield,realizing the goal of thirty million tons per year of production capacity. The organization and system,the technical route,3 forms of achievements,management and application of achievements, promotion to the productivity,implementation of market-oriented operation,and professional centralized management of the information were introduced. The achievements in the standardized design work were also summarized. Suggestions and recommendations on the standardized design work were put forward.
