摘要
黄河流域突发性水污染事件信息沟通协作机制是流域联合治污机制的重要组成部分,对确保流域水资源安全具有重要意义。经过长期不懈的努力,在联合治污机制实践与探索的基础上,黄委与流域内有关省(区)水利、环保部门建立了协作机制。该机制内容全面,特点突出,实用性强,填补了水利、环保联合治污机制方面合作的空白,将为黄河流域突发水污染事件处置起到重要作用。
As an important part of the basin joint treatment pollution mechanism,information sharing and collaboration mechanism for sudden water pollution incidents in the Yellow River basin plays a very important role in ensuring the safety of water resources.After long-term unremitting effort,collaboration mechanism among Yellow River Conservancy Commission and provincial water conservancy,environmental protection departments within the basin was established.The mechanism fills in the cooperation gap of integrated treatment pollution mechanism between water conservancy and environmental protection.It will play a strong role in sudden water pollution incident disposal.
