摘要 为探讨不同环境因素对Fenton试剂处理偶氮染料活性黑5的影响,采用响应面法对pH、Fe2+用量、H2O2投加量及染料初始浓度进行优化。结果表明,处理偶氮染料活性黑5的最佳条件为:pH为4,Fe2+用量为7.84 mg/L,染料初始浓度为60 mg/L和H2O2用量为57.8 mg/L。在此条件下,COD去除率可以达到79.04%,与模型预测值74.59%非常接近,说明建立的模型能真实地反映各主要因素的影响,模型与实际情况吻合。 To explore the effect of the different environmental factors on the treatment of azo dyes reactive black 5 by Fenton reagent, pH, Fe2+ dosage, H2O2 dosage and initial dye concentration that affect the treatment effect in the process was optimized with the response surface method. The results showed that the optimal conditions for processing azo dyes reactive black 5 were as follows: pH was 4, Fe2+ dosage was 7.84 mg/L, initial dye concentration was 60 mg/L, and H2O2 dosage was 57.8 mg/L. Under the con- ditions,COD removal rate could reach 79.04% ,which is very close to the predicted value of 74.59%. It illustrates that the model established can truly reflect the impact of the major factors, and the model is consistent with the actual situation.
