摘要 目的探讨T细胞亚群的检测与白癜风患者进展期的相关性及应用。方法随机抽取汕头市皮肤性病防治院收治的48例进展期白癜风患者为试验组,另选取同期体检的50例健康志愿者作为对照组,检测对比两组T细胞亚群变化。结果试验组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+细胞数均较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);且试验组进展期CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞数均较稳定期下降明显(P<0.05),而不同病程的T淋巴细胞亚群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 T细胞亚群数量的变化与白癜风患者类型及发展期关系密切,值得临床防治注意。 Objective To study the correlation between detection of T cell subsets and vitiligo in pro- gression period and its application. Methods A random sample of 48 cases of advanced vitiligo patients from Shantou STD Prevention and Treatment Hospital were selected as the trial group, another 50 cases of healthy volunteers who came for physical examination were selected as control group, the change of T cell subsets of the two groups were detected. Results CD3+ ,CD4+ ,CD4+/CDs+ cell counts of the trim group were signifi- cantly lower than those in the control group(P 〈0.05 ) ; and CD3+ ,CD4+ , CD8+ cell number of vitiligo in progression period were significantly lower than those of the stable period ( P 〈 0.05 ), and T lymphocyte sub- sets of different disease courses were not statistically different ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion T lymphocyte sub- sets number changes are closely correlated with vitiligo type and progression period ,which should be paid at- tention to in clinical prevention and treatment.
