摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是育龄妇女的常见病和多发病之一,其发病机制迄今不明,现有治疗手段效果欠佳,复发率高。传统理论主要有子宫内膜种植学说、体腔上皮化生学说、淋巴和静脉播散学说等,均无法充分揭示其病因。近年来大量学者不断进行基础和临床的深入研究,发现其与干细胞、血管形成、在位内膜、内分泌及免疫等因素密切相关,并在各个领域均取得了一定进展。 Endometriosis is a common and popular gynecological disease in women of reproductive age. The pathogenesis of endometriosis is not very clear at present, there are no effective treatments and the inci- dence of recurrence is high. The traditional theories, such as endometrium implantation theory, coelarium met- aplasia theory,lymph and vein dissemination theory, can not expose the causes of the disease completely. Dur- ing recent years many experts have been doing a lot of basic and clinical researches, and found that endome- triosis is closely related to stem cells, angiogenesis, eutopic endometrium, endocrine, and immune, and a cer- tain progress has been made in these fields.
