摘要
目的:采用高分离度快速液相色谱(RRLC)-DAD-ESI-MSn联用技术分析生脉注射液中化学成分。方法:采用Agi-lent Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,254 nm、正离子模式检测木脂素类成分;203 nm、负离子模式检测皂苷类成分。结果:利用多级质谱信息,结合对照品对照和文献数据分析,初步确定了注射液中34个成分的结构。结论:RRLC-DAD-ESI-MSn联用技术对于中药注射液物质基础研究具有较好的应用价值。
Objective : To analyze the chemical constituents of Shengmai injection by rapid resolution liquid chroma- tography (RRLC) - DAD - ESI - MS^n. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent E- clipse Plus Clscolumn(2.1mm×50mm,1.8μm), acetonitrile and 0. 1% formic acid was used as the mobile phase for gradient separation. Ginsenosides were detected at 203 nm in negative mode, while lignans were detected at 254 nm in positive mode. Results: Based on the MS information, thirty -four chemical constituents were identi- fied primarily by comparing with reference standards and reference data. Conclusion: RRLC - DAD - ESI - MSn technology is applicable for the study of material base of traditional Chinese medicine injection.
