摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量米非司酮胶囊配伍卡前列甲酯终止瘢痕子宫10～14周妊娠的效果。方法:选择2009年5月～2011年9月收治的剖宫产手术1年内妊娠10～14周的非意愿孕妇113例随机分为两组,对照组50例口服米非司酮胶囊50 mg,观察组63例口服米非司酮胶囊100 mg,48 h分4次服完,12 h后给予卡前列甲酯栓1 mg阴道后穹窿或肛门用药,如6 h未见妊娠物排出,可再次给予卡前列甲酯栓1 mg,24 h内不超过3 mg。结果:观察组在有效率、上栓后妊娠物排出时间、阴道出血量等情况均明显优于对照组,但阴道出血时间无明显差异。结论:应用100 mg米非司酮胶囊终止10～14周瘢痕子宫妊娠较50 mg效果明显。
Objective：To explore the effects of different doses of mifepristone combined with carboprost methylate on termination of cesarean scar pregnancy at 10-14 gestational weeks.Methods：A total of 113 pregnant women of unwanted pregnancy at 10-14 gestational weeks within one year after cesarean section from May 2009 to September 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,50 women in control group were treated with oral administration of mifepristone capsules（50 mg）;63 women in observation group were treated with oral administration of mifepristone capsules（100 mg）,four times within 48 hours,1 mg carboprost methylate suppository was applied after 12 hours,then the therapy was used again if the pregnancy didn＇t be terminated,the dose was less than 3 mg within 24 hours.Results：The effective rate,onset time of carboprost methylate suppository,and the amount of vaginal bleeding in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,but there was no statistically significant difference in the amount of vaginal bleeding.Conclusion：The effect of terminating pregnancy of 100 mg mifepristone capsules is better than that of 50 mifepristone capsules.
