摘要
本文从人力资源量质准备度和人力资源管理成熟度综合视角界定了战略人力资源准备度,提出人力资源管理成熟度、人力资源量质准备度和战略准备度之间的驱动机制,剖析了人力资源审计与战略人力资源准备度之间的关系,进而提出了企业如何导入人力资源审计工具以提高战略人力资源准备度的策略。
This paper gives the definition of strategic human resource readiness from a comprehensive perspective of the quantity and quality of human resource readiness and human resource management maturity, leads to a three-step driven mechanism of human resource management maturity, the quantity and quality of human resource readiness and strategic readiness, analyzes the relationship between the human resource audit and strategic human resource readiness, and then puts forward the strategy of how to improve the human resource readiness of companies by introducing the human resource audit tools.
