测定羊水溶菌酶含量判断胎儿成熟度

摘要 本文采用比浊法测定妊娠16~44周羊水标表206例,结果表明,其含量伴随妊娠的进展而增加,32周以后明显上升,40周达最高值,42周以后有所下降,与L/S比值和PG有良好的相关性,方法简便稳定,是判断胎儿成熟度的良好指标之一。 Lysozyme (LZM) levels of the amniotic fluid were measured by using the nephelometric method in 206 cases of 16 - 44 gestational weeks. The results showed that LZM concentration increased with advance of the geatational weeks, increased rapidly after the 32nd week, reaching the peak in the 40th week , and decreased gradually after the 42nd week. There was a positive correlation between LZM levels of the amniotic fluid and L/S, as well as PG. Measurement of LZM levels of the amniotic fluid is a better index for determining fetal maturity.
