摘要
产业技术水平决定了国家和地区的经济竞争能力。科技创新引领着产业的发展方向,作用越来越显著。为了实现经济增长方式转变与产业升级,必须加强科技政策与产业政策系统配套。本文通过对科技政策和产业政策的内容、功能及工具进行比较分析,揭示了科技政策与产业政策之间的关系,提出了科技政策与产品政策配套的推测。
The industry technical level determines the economic competitiveness of the countries and regions. Technological innova-tion leads the development direction of the industry, more and more significant role. In order to achieve the economic growth mode trans-formation and industrial upgrading, we must strengthen the science and technology policy and industrial policy system. Content, features and tools of science and technology policy and industrial policy, comparative analysis reveals the relationship between science and technolo-gy policy and industrial policy, supporting science and technology policy and product policy speculate.
