摘要
硅酸钠溶液与硫酸反应得二氧化硅，再经酸洗、水洗、干燥和煅烧得高纯二氧化硅。研究了各种因素对高纯二氧化硅中杂质含量的影响。
The silica was prepared by the reaction of sodium silicate solution with H2SO4. The silica so be got was washed with H2SO4 and water successively,then be dried and sintered to the final product. The factors influencing the purity of the title product have also ho investigated in the article.
