摘要
目的为提高护理临床教学质量寻找新途径。方法对161名在“二甲”医院临床实习的中专护士学生就带教中常见的相关10项内容和5种带教模式进行问卷调查,对收回的156份有效答卷进行统计分析。结果带教内容选项专科疾病护理常规、护理操作师生均认为重点内容,达成共识,护理文件书写、急救技能、药理、病理等基础知识、学习能力和评判思维训练双方选择等方面差异均有显著性(P〈0.05),在沟通技巧、病区管理、职业素养和新技术应用双方均不重视。带教模式学生喜欢情景模拟,老师则常采用传统的跟班式(P〈0.01)。结论明确教学目标,遵循医学模式,加强师生沟通和互动,提升师资队伍的综合水平,改善教学设施是消除临床带教领域的灰色地带、提高教学质量的有效对策。
Objective To find a new way to improve the quality of clinic nursing teaching. Methods This paper, which covered the 10 related contents and 5 different models for clinical teaching, was based on a ques- tionnaire survey of about 161 student nurses in second grade hospitals. The author made a statistical analysis on the 156 effective questionnaires. Results It showed that both the teachers and students paid close attention to general nursing convention and nursing procedure. However, they had different opinions upon the rudimentary knowledge of nursing documents writing, first aid technique, pharmacology, pathology as well as the learning ca- pacity and critical thinking. What's more, none of them made a point of skills like ward management, interpersonal skill, career competence and the application of new techniques. The analysis also showed that students prefer sce- nario simulation teaching to the traditional ones. Conclusions In order to eliminate the gray areas of clinic nurs- ing teaching and improve the teaching qualities, we'd better think over the teaching plans, follow the model of medical teaching, strengthen interaction between teachers and students, improve the level of the teaching staff and improve teaching facilities.
