摘要
目的分析肱三头肌舌形瓣及尺骨鹰嘴截骨两种手术入路治疗肱骨髁问骨折的临床疗效。方法随机选取在我院就诊的肱骨髁间骨折的患者60例，均分两组分别行肱三头肌舌形瓣及尺骨鹰嘴截骨两种手术入路。观察两组患者手术时间、愈合时长及治疗效果的优良率。结果舌瓣组手术时间为（98．6±8．9）min，截骨组为（73．2±10．4）min；舌瓣组愈合时间为（92．4±3．2）d，截骨组为（89．2±7．5）d；舌瓣组优良率为80％，截骨组为86．67％。结论两种手术方式均安全有效，尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路更能节省手术时间，提高手术效率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of triceps tongue-shaped flap and olecranon os- teotomy in two kinds of operation approach for the treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture. Methods We ran- domly selected 60 cases with intercondylar fractures of humerus in our hospital and divided them into two groups, with 30 patients in each group, then they were analyzed with triceps tongue-shaped flap and olecranon osteotomy two operation. The operation time, healing time and the therapeutic effect of the excellent and good rate were all observed in both groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in operation time （P〈0.05）, the healing time and the good rate of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both of operation methods are safe and effective, olecranon osteotomy approach can decrease the operation time and improve opera- tion efficiency.
