摘要
介绍了预处理-A/O-絮凝沉淀-BAF工艺在甲醇生产废水处理工程中的应用。含氰废水中CN-质量浓度较高,通过氯碱反应将废水中90%以上的CN-去除;稳定运行时A/O系统抗冲击负荷能力较强,对COD的去除率达到95%以上,对氨氮的去除率保持在90%左右;BAF出水水质达到并优于设计指标,运行情况较好。工程运行表明,该系统处理效果好、性能稳定、维护管理方便,对同类型废水的处理有一定的借鉴意义。
Wastewater from methanol from coal treated with the process of pretreatment-A/O-flocculation and sedimentation-BAF was introduced.In the cyanide wastewater the CN-concentration was high,and more than 90% CN-can be removed by alkaline-chlorine process.Under stable operation condition,A/O hold strong anti-shock loading capability and the COD removal rate was higher than 95%,while the nitrogen removal efficiency was kept 90% or so.BAF had been running under good operation condition,and the effluent water quality can meet and be higher than the design value.The running results of the actual operation showed that the system was high efficiency and easily manageable.This experiment may provide a reference to the wastewater treatment of other similar mills.
