摘要
为探讨犬血清生化指标与犬脂肪肝(fatty liver,FL)的关系,给犬脂肪肝的诊治提供依据,以24例脂肪肝患犬与30例非脂肪肝犬为研究对象,检测了它们血清中空腹血糖(FBS)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度以及谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)活性。采用t检验对两组资料进行差异显著性比较后,再采用简单相关分析方法对各指标与脂肪肝的关系进行分析。结果,与非脂肪肝组比较,脂肪肝犬血清的FBS、TG、TC、LDL-C浓度以及AST、ALT活性差异极显著(P<0.01),而组间GGT活性差异不显著(P>0.05);与脂肪肝相关的最主要因素有TG、TC、LDL-C浓度和ALT活性,并建立回归方程:FL=-0.415+0.084TG+0.039TC+0.040LDL-C+0.002ALT。结果表明,在这七项生化指标中,血清TG、TC、LDL-C浓度和ALT活性对犬脂肪肝的早期诊断、治疗、疗效观察和转归判断具有重要意义。
To analyze the relationship between seven serum biochemical indexes and canine fatty liver,and to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of fatty liver,the concentration of FBS（fasting plasma glucose）,TG（triglyceride）,TC（total cholesterol） and LDL-C（low density lipoprotein cholesterol） and activities of AST（aspertate aminotransferase）,ALT（alanine aminotransferase） and GGT（gamma glutamyl transpeptidase） were detected in sera of 24 dog cases suffering from fatty liver and 30 cases of non-fatty liver dogs as control.The t test was used to analyze differences of the biochemical indexes between the fatty liver dogs;and the non-fatty liver dogs,then the simple correlation method was used to analyze the relationship between indexes and fatty liver.In result,the difference of six biochemical indexes including concentrations of FBS,TG,TC ad LDL-C,and activities of AST and ALT were very significant（P0.01） between the fatty liver group and the non-fatty liver group,but the difference of activity of GGT was not significant（P0.05） between the two groups.The main indexes relating with fatty liver（FL） disease were the concentration of TG,TC and LDL-C and the activity of ALT,and the stepwise regression equation was as follows：FL=-0.415＋0.084 TG＋0.039 TC＋0.040 LDL-C＋0.002 ALT.In conclusion,the biochemical indexes including the concentrations of TG,TC and LDL-C and the activity of ALT are of great importance in the early clinical diagnosis,treatment,curative effect observation and outcome judgments of canine fatty liver.
