摘要
金融资本全球化是指金融资本主导的以发达国家跨国公司为主要载体的垄断资本的全球化。资本的逐利本性、资本竞争、以信息技术为核心的新科技革命、发达国家的全球化战略等因素推进了金融资本全球化迅猛发展。金融资本全球化是经济全球化的高级形式,是金融资本新霸权在全球空间的体现,其本质是发达资本主义的金融资本从全球空间掠夺和获取霸权利润以加强与巩固自身霸权的过程。融入金融资本全球化进程是中国实现自身发展的必然路径。金融资本全球化对中国的经济发展具有双重效应,初期以正面效应为主,随后负面效应逐渐凸显并不断强化。为了应对金融资本全球化带来的挑战,中国必须走自主发展之路。
The globalization of financial capital is the globalization of monopoly capital. Based on eeonmme globalization and domi- nated by financial capital, developed countries multinational corporations is the carrier of the globalization of financial capital. Much factors promote the rapid development of the globalization of financial capital including the nature of cap- ital, capital competition, new revolution of science and technology as the core of information technology, developed countries＇ globalization strategy, etc. Globalization of financial capital is the advanced form of economic globalization and the embodiment of the financial capital new hegemony in the global space. The essence of the globalization of finan- cial capital is to plunder and obtain the hegemony profit from the global space. Integration to financial capital globaliza- tion is the inevitable result of China to achieve development path. The globalization of financial capital has dual effect on the development of China＇ s economy： it has been mainly positive effect in the early times of reform and opening - up, yet negative effect becomes prominent and intensified later on. In order to deal with the challenge brought by the finan- cial capital of the developed capitalism, China must embark on the road of independent development.
