摘要
目的探讨对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换的疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的27例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,均为新鲜骨折,采用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术进行治疗并观察疗效。结果 27例患者均手术顺利,术后随访以髋关节活动度、疼痛度及生活自理情况为指标进行评定,其中优14例,良9例,可4例,优良率为85%,无假体松动、脱位、下沉并发症的发生。结论对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者采用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术进行治疗,髋关节功能恢复良好,无明显并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the cemented hemiarthroplasty efficacy in patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital, 27 cases of intertrochanteric fractures in patients with the clinical data, both fresh fractures, the use of cemented hemiarthroplasty for treatment effects were observed. Results 27 patients were smooth operation and postoperative follow-up to the hip joint range of motion, degree of pain and life independence for the indicators to be assessed, which were excellent in 14 cases, good in 9 cases, 4 cases, good rate of 85% and no false loosening, dislocation, subsidence and the occurrence of complications. Conclusion For patients with intertrochanteric fracture with cemented hemiarthroplasty for treatment of hip joint function recovery, with no significant complications occurred.
