摘要
高校辅导员是大学生管理工作的重要骨干力量,关注他们的心理状况具有重要的意义。高校辅导员的心理压力主要来自工作压力、角色冲突带来的压力、家庭与社会的压力等方面。可以通过正确认识压力、提升能力、分解压力源头等多种途径进行心理调适。
Counselors play an indispensable role in the college and university student management, so it is of great significance to pay close attention to their psychological status. The mental stress of these counselors mainly comes from their work, role conflicting, family and the society. This paper proposes to make adjustment by ways of seeing stress from a positive perspective,improving the work capa- bility and breaking down the stress sources.
