摘要
因为油分离器结构设计存在不合理,导致冷冻机润滑油不能彻底分离,进而影响了机组制冷能力和装置的运行。通过对冷冻机润滑油分离器原因分析并对其改造,使润滑油得以彻底分离,机组制冷量达到设计要求并以满负荷运行,保证了装置的运行。
The structure designs of oil separator were unreasonable and caused the freezer lubricants can not be completely separated, which affected the refrigeration capacity and operation of the device. Through the reasons analysis and transformation of the freezer oil separator, the oil can be separated completely and the cooling capacity of the unit met the design requirements and running at full capacity, and ensured the operation of the device.
