摘要
采用离心分离技术,可以有效的使NaY滤液中的细晶粒NaY分子筛和无定形SiO2、水等有效分离,提高产品收率,降低硅滤渣排放。本文主要通过碟式分离机中试和在NaY滤液处理中的实际应用,论证了碟式分离机处理NaY滤液的工业应用效果,适宜NaY滤液的处理。
In order to increase the yield coefficient of product and reduce the silicon residue and residue discharge, centrifugal separation technologies were used in NaY filtrate to make effectively segregation of fine grain NaY, amorphous SiO2 and water. Disc - type centrifuge were utilized and tested in NaY filtrate segregation, and its superiority in NaY filtrate treatments was proved.
