摘要
根据钢铁企业生产过程特点,运用企业级能源系统分析方法——MIND方法进行可视化建模,得到生产耗能模型方程。以能源介质和物料的总成本为目标函数,解析模型方程,优化结果表明:依据不同时间段电力价格的差异,合理安排各台设备的工作时间和生产能力,可使得生产成本降到最低;同时,考虑能源的回收利用以及回收利用设备的不同性能,可得到不同的成本降低空间。
According to characteristics of production process for steel enterprise, visualized system modeling and model equations are set up by MIND method, which is a kind of energy systems analysis method for enterprises. With the total cost of energy and materials for the target function, the model equations resolution and optimization results show that: reasonable arrangement of the working time and production capacity of equipment, can make the cost to the minimum, because of the difference of the electricity price in different period; At the same time, different cost reduction space also can be got, when the energy recycling and the dif- ferent performance of recycling equipment are considered.
