摘要
针对美国贝克休斯 ( Baker Hughes)公司和卡姆科 ( CAMCO)公司的气举技术在中原油田使用中存在的问题 ,考虑井温、资料不全等因素的影响 ,采取加大安全系数手段 ,提出适合中原油田的连续气举平衡设计方法。该方法的设计思路是让下一级阀的打开压力等于上级阀的关闭压力 ,当下一级阀打开时 ,上一级阀一定关闭。生产实践表明 ,使用该方法使部分供液能力强的井增液明显 ,注气深度明显增加。
Some problems with the gas lift technique provided by Baker Hughes and CAMCO are studied In consideration of the effects of oil well temperature and incompletion of well data, a design method for continuous gas lift equilibrium suitable to Zhongyuan oilfield is proposed by enhancing safety factors The design concept of the method is that the opening pressure of a lower valve is equal to the closed pressure of a upper valve, thus the upper valve would be closed when the lower valve is opened Production practices demonstrate that the fluid production in some wells with strong drainage capability and the gas injection depth are enhanced substantially
