摘要
以红楠和凤凰润楠根尖细胞为试验材料,对其进行染色体核型分析。结果表明:红楠和凤凰润楠的染色体数均为2n=24,两者均为二倍体。红楠核型公式为2n=2x=24=16m+8sm,染色体相对长度系数组成为4L+6M2+10M1+4S;凤凰润楠核型公式为2n=2x=24=14m+10sm,染色体相对长度系数组成为6L+4M2+6M1+8S。按照Stebbins标准核型分类,红楠和凤凰润楠都属于"2B"核型,根据核型不对称系数,红楠为62.83%,凤凰润楠为61.96%。
The chromosome karyotypes were analysed with the root tips of Machilus thunbergii and M.phoenicis in this paper.The results showed that the chromosome number for the two species were all 2n=24.But the karyotype formula in M.thunbergii was 2n=2x=24=16m+8sm,and in M.phoenicis was 2n=2x=24=14m+10sm.The constitution of relative length index of chromosome in M.thunbergii was 4L+6M2+10M1+4S,and in M.phoenicis was 6L+4M2+6M1+8S.Based on the Stebbins' classic method,the karyotype in M.thunbergii and M.phoenicis were all belonged to "2B" type,and the asymmetry index was 62.83% and 61.96%,relatively.
