乙酰甲胺磷乐果涂茎防治瓜田棉蚜的研究

摘要 甜瓜、西瓜、黄瓜用乙酰甲胺磷、乐果乳油,按1:5浓度涂茎。经哈密、玛纳斯两地20余次试验、示范,防治棉蚜药效十分突出,比喷雾效果高,差异极为显著。涂后3~4d,杀蚜药效在90%以上,以后更高,常可达98%~100%,持效在15d以上。就缓释剂比较,高脂膜稍好于聚乙烯醇和清水,但差异不大。涂茎对天敌杀伤少,并可兼治叶螨。瓜内农药残留远低于国内外推荐的蔬菜最高允许量。 According to more than 20 field experiments carried out in Hami and Manas, Xinjiang, smearing stem of Hami-melon, watermelon and cucumber with acephate or dimethoate to control melon aphid showed very satisfactory results. The mortality of the melon aphid within 3 or 4 days after smearing reached 90% or above, and the residual effect of insecticides lasted for 15 days or more. An optimum mixed ratio is 1 part of acephate 30EC or dimethoate 40EC with 5 parts of diluter. The result of smearing was better than that of spraying, and there was a very significant difference in the effective period, Smearing could decrease the damage to natural enemies. In addition gave successful control not only to melon aphid but also to spider mites. Residue analysis showed that the residues of insecticides on fruits were ranging between 0.000~0.220 p. p. m, within 5~7 days.
