经尿道气压弹道-超声碎石术治疗下尿路结石53例 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道-超声碎石清石术治疗下尿道结石的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年12月~2012年1月应用经尿道气压弹道-超声碎石清石术治疗下尿路结石患者53例的临床资料。结果碎石成功率为100%,未出现尿道撕裂、尿道狭窄、膀胱穿孔等并发症。患者出院当天复查膀胱B超,未见结石残留。结论经尿道气压弹道-超声碎石清石术治疗下尿路结石操作简便,需时短,创伤小,恢复快,并发症少,疗效可靠。 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects and safety of transurethral pneumatic ballistic - ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of lower urinary tract calculus. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 53 patients with lower urinary tract calculus treated by transurethral pneumatic ballistic - ultrasonic lithotripsy from December 2010 to January 2012. Results The successful rate of the lithotripsy was 100%. No complications such as urethral tearing, urethral stricture, and vesical perforation occurred. No residue of stones was observed in the reexamination by the type - B ultrasound for urinary bladder on the day of discharging. Conclusion In the treatment of lower urinary tract calculus, transurethral pneumatic ballistic - ultrasonic lithotripsy has the advantages of simple operation, shorter time, less trauma, quick recovery, fewer complications, and reliable curative effect.
