摘要
通过分析国产细纱长车的性能优势和结构特点,从产量、质量、消耗等应用性能等方面进行了对比分析,认为带集体落纱装置的国产细纱机长车是当今棉纺企业的最佳选择。阐述了国产细纱机长车在应用中存在的一些问题和应对措施,指出国产细纱机长车要加强自动化、智能化方面的发展,以此来进一步缩小其与国外细纱机集体落纱长车的差距。
This paper conducts a comparative analysis on application performances of domestic spinning long vehicles such as yield, quality and consumption in terms of their performance advantages and structural characteristics and considers that domestic spinning long vehicle with collective doffer is the best choice of current cotton spinning enterprises. This paper describes some problems in the application of domestic spinning long vehicles and countermeasures and points out that domestic spinning long vehicles should enhance the development of automation and intellectualization so as to further narrow its gap with overseas spinning long vehicles with collective doffer.
