摘要
针对目前加厚面料针织服装罗纹领成型时速度慢、外观差的现状,对新机构进行了设计构思,并运用工具完成了制作,使其在生产中起到高效成型的作用。新机构通过浙江某针织服装生产企业的运用,实现了针织服装罗纹领高效成型,即起到精简工序、缩短缝纫生产周期、降低生产成本、保证产品质量、增加收益、提高企业生产效益的作用。
This study designs a new mechanism and finishes its production with tools, enabling efficient molding in production, based on the status of low speed and poor appearance of molding of rib collar of knitted garments with thickening fabric. A knitted garments manufacturing enterprise in Zhejiang uses the new mechanism and realizes efficient molding of rib collar of knitted garments, thus simplifying the process, shortening the production cycle of sewing, reducing the cost of production, ensuring product quality, increasing revenues and improving the function of productivity effect of the enterprise.
