摘要
建立一套评估宽带用户互联网访问用户感知的体系模型,通过QOE-KQI-KPI三层体系模型获取用户感知反馈结果,计算多层系统感知反馈聚类加权的均值,设定每个层次反馈的加权平均值,对多层不同感知结果反馈进行有效融合。评估宽带用户上网的感知质量,为运营商进行网络质量监控及网络优化调整提供依据。仿真实验结果表明,提出的方法能有效融合多层用户感知结果,取得了满意的结果。
In the paper we set up a set of system model for the evaluation of user perception in regard to broadband users accessing the In- ternet. It acquires the feedback results of users perception through QoE-KQI-KPI three-tier system model, calculates the mean of feedback clustering weight of multi-layer system perception, sets weighted average of feedback at every level, and effectively integrates feedback from muhilayer different perception results. It assesses the perception quality of the Internet access by broadband users, and provides the basis for operators in network quality control and network optimisation and adjustment. Experiments show that the presented method can effectively fuse the perception results of muhilayer users with satisfactory results.
