摘要
生态资本主义否定生态环境问题的存在或严重程度,否定生态危机的资本主义根源,否定社会主义的解决方案。生态社会主义对生态资本主义的批判可以归结为以下三个命题:生态环境问题是确证无疑的,其严重程度不可小觑;资本主义是生态环境问题的根本原因;不变革资本主义制度,任何改良性举措都无法克服生态危机。对此,我们要既要高度警惕生态环境问题,又要以积极的心态应对生态环境问题;既要洞察生态环境问题的根本原因,又要综合考虑生态环境问题的各种成因;既要注意解决市场、技术背后的体制问题,又要充分利用市场、技术去解决问题。
Eco-capitalism denies problems of ecological environment or the severity, does not admit that the root of ecological crisis is capitalism, and negates the solution by socialism. Eco-socialism proposes three propositions to criticize eco-capitalism： it is undoubted that problems of ecological environment have arisen and they cannot be neglected~ capitalism is the root of these problems~ no positive measurement is efficient to overcome the ecological crisis if no revolution in capitalism is made. Therefore, it is necessary to main- tain vigilance on one hand, and actively face the problems on the other, to explore the root of the problems and comprehensively study various causes of the problems, to not only perfect the system so as to better market operation and technology application, but also make full play of them to solve the problems.
