摘要
通过对文化的本质属性,性、性别与社会性别基本内涵的分析,性别文化与社会性别概念异同的辨义,探讨了性别文化的基本涵义。认为性别文化是人类对自身性与性别的自然属性的"人化"与"人类化",是不同的性别群体的生活样态,关于性别的理念与价值观是性别文化的核心。"大文化"即"自然的人化"开启了性别文化之门;20世纪中叶以后,性与性别理论的进展,为性别文化的界定提供了重要的理论资源,尤其是将性与性别作为个体与群体乃至社会的选择性模式,启发人们从有性别的人之生活样式的角度认识性别文化。认为先进性别文化是性别立法的基石,是评估相关法律有无性别意识的根本性准则,决策者具备先进的性别文化,可以提高立法质量,从根本上消除制度性就业性别歧视。
The paper gives an analysis of the nature of culture, the implications of sex and gender and the distinction between gender culture and gender as well as the definition and connotations of gender culture. It reaches the following conclusions. Gender culture is the humanization of the natural traits of human sex and gender, a reflection of the living status of both sexes while the core of gender culture is the concept and values of gender. Since the middle of the 20th century, the sex and gender theories have laid a solid founda- tion for the definition of gender culture, while sex or gender as an individual, goup or even social choice has led to a deeper under- standing of gender culture and promoted the related legislation as well as the abolition of sex discrimination.
