摘要
目的探讨经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板内固定在肱骨髁间骨折中的综合疗效。方法选取2008年9月～2011年12月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的46例肱骨髁间骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板内固定组)和对照组(经肱三头肌两侧入路"Y"形钢板内固定术组),每组各23例,将两组患者的骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率及HSS评分结果进行比较。结果观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,HSS评分优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论经肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板内固定在肱骨髁间骨折中的综合疗效较佳,在肱骨髁间骨折治疗中的价值较高。
Objective To study the comprehensive effect of bilateral triceps approaches by double plate fixation in intercondylar fracture of humerus. Methods 46 patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus in our hospital from September 2008 to December 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into observation group （ bilateral triceps approaches by double plate fixation group ） and control group （ bilateral triceps approaches by ＂Y＂ shaped plate internal fixation group ）with 23 cases in each group, then the fracture healing time,complication rate and HSS score of two groups were compared. Results The fracture healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,complication rate was lower than that of control group, excellent and good rate of HSS score was higher than that of control group,all （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The comprehensive effect of bilateral triceps approaches by double plate fixation in intercondylar fracture of humerus is better,and its value in intercondylar fracture of humerus is higher.
