摘要
目的探讨手术室专业护士的排班方式和工作内容。方法将手术室专业护士设为总巡回护士,负责手术室护理工作的全面质控。结果将专业护士设置总巡回护士,手术室护理工作质量得到改进,外科医生满意度明显提高。结论手术室专业护士的培训尚处在起步阶段,对专业护士的岗位设置也处在摸索阶段,让手术室专业护士担任手术室的总巡回护士,使手术室专业护士发挥了最大工作作用,是一种可行的排班方式。
Objective To explore the scheduling and responsibility of clinical nurse specialist （CNS） in operating theater. Methods The role of general circulating nurse in operating theater was taken by CNS,in charge of the overall quality control of operation nursing. Results The quality of operation nursing was greatly improved and the satisfaction rate of surgeon was significantly increased in the system of general circulating nurse by CNS. Conclusion The training of CNS is still in starting stage,and the post setting of CNS is also in the stage of fumbling. The system of general circulating nurse by CNS in operating theater makes the most advantage of CNS,which is an available scheduling system.
