德士古气化炉下降管内流场的CFD数值模拟

摘要 介绍了德士古气化炉下降管工作原理,利用CFD软件,在下降管正常工况及渣口部分堵渣、对称堵渣、非对称堵渣的不同工况条件下,对下降管内气体流速分布情况进行了冷态模拟。模拟结果表明,气化炉渣口出现堵渣时,下降管内的气体出现偏流。 The parameters as well as the operation philosophy of the vertical pipe of the Texaco coal gasifier were discussed. By using the CFD software, the cold-state simulation of the gas flow distribution of the vertical pipe under nor- mal operation conditions was performed, and performed also was the simulation under such abnormal conditions as partial plugging, symmetrical plugging, non-symmetrical plugging at the slag discharge end. The result showed that plugging at the slag discharge end causes bias gas flow in the vertical pipe.
