摘要 在涵洞研究现状的基础上,分析了混凝土涵洞现浇施工法的不足,介绍了装配式盖板涵的优点。通过与现浇混凝土涵洞的对比,指出了装配式盖板涵结构的特点和结构分析的关键。对涵台与基础搭接处设置凹槽和不设凹槽两种情况分别建立模型进行了计算,对不同界面摩擦系数和不同凹槽高度时,涵洞结构的稳定性、台帽和涵台搭接强度以及凹槽局部强度进行了分析。结果表明:涵台与台帽之间以及涵台与基础之间搭接强度满足强度要求。基础顶部无论是否设置涵台搁置凹槽,装配式涵洞均能够满足结构整体稳定性要求。当基础顶部所设凹槽深度为2 cm和5 cm时,凹槽局部强度满足要求。本文研究结果可为装配式盖板涵的设计与施工提供参考。 Based on the introduction of research process of the culvert,the deficiencies of the cast-in-place concrete slab culvert are presented and the advantages of the assembled concrete slab culvert are introduced.Compared with the construction process of the cast-in-place concrete slab culvert,the key problems of an assembled culvert are pointed out for the analysis of the characteristics and structure stability.Numerical models of the assembled concrete slab culvert with and without groove on the basement are established with finite element method.The effects of Different interfacial friction coefficients between the interface of the components of the culvert and different height of the groove on the structure stability,the strength in the junction,as well as the local strength of the groove are analyzed.The results show that the strength of the slab culvert constructed with the assembled process satisfies the requirement of the structures.No matter the groove installed or not,the strength of the assembled slab culvert can meet the requirement of the structures.When the groove is installed,the local strength of the groove on the foundation of the assembled slab culvert can satisfy the requirement with the depth of 2 cm or 5 cm.It can provide references for the design and construction of assembled concrete slab culvert.
