摘要
本文介绍了一种新型全内置式强化排汽泡式汽包水位测量装置,它具有汽包内取补充水、装置内冷热水隔离、强化排汽泡三项创新。用于上进水汽包可使汽包水位测量误差大幅度减少,用于下进水汽包无理论误差。该装置测量准确度高、灵敏度高、运行稳定,完全可以满足现场实际使用的要求,是一种值得推广的汽包水位测量工具。
In this paper,a new drum water level measure system with whole internal built-in and intensify exhaust stem bubble style is developed. It has innovation on supplying water from drum,isolating hot and cool water and intensifies exhausting stem bubble. The drum water level measure error would be reduced visibly when it is used in drum with upper supply water,and there is no theoretical error when it is used in drum with lower supply water. This measure system has merits of high accuracy,high sensitivity and operation stable. It can absolutely satisfy requirement of field application. The drum water level measure system is worth popularizing and applying.
