摘要
SNARE蛋白能够调节所有的细胞内膜融合事件。哺乳动物细胞中有超过30种SNARE家族蛋白,每个蛋白都处在一个独立的亚细胞组分。SNAREs可能编码膜转运特异性的事件,但这些特异性事件实现的机制尚有争议。功能研究证实了SNARE蛋白如何相互作用,以便产生驱动力推动脂质双分子层融合。
SNARE proteins can adjust all the intracellular membrane＇ s fusion events. There are more than 30 kinds of SNARE proteins among mammal cells and every kind of protein is under an independent subcellular component. SNAREs may have the possibility to make the coding membrane transport specificity, but mechanism of these events are under controversial. Function study has confirmed that the SNARE proteins how interact with each other, which can form driving power to push the fusion of lipid bilayer.
