摘要
以豆科植物种子为材料,考察不同发酵时间的菜粕浸提液、中和液及其稀释液的种子发芽参数,寻找发芽参数对应的腐熟生理指标。结果表明:绿豆种子发芽率和生长量高于黄豆、红豆和黑豆种子;当浸提液pH值调节到7.1~7.2时,同时溶液稀释到10倍左右,种子发芽系数最高,达到2.047;考虑到生产实际情况,可以用绿豆种子发芽系数大于1.5为标准来判定菜粕发酵完全腐熟。研究也认为绿豆种子可作为评价菜粕发酵腐熟程度的植物生理材料。
The legume seeds were taken as materials to investigate the seed germination parameters for extract solution, pH neutralization solution and their dilution solutions of rapeseed meal with different fermentation time, so that maturity physiological index corresponding to the germination parameters can be found out. The results showed that germination rate and mass growth of mung bean seed were higher than those of soya bean seed, red bean seed and black soybean seed. When pH value of extraction solution was adjusted to 7.1 ~7.2 and solution was diluted to 10 times, seed germination coefficient was the highest, which reached to 2.047. In consideration of the actual production conditions, the standard judging the full fermentation maturity of rapeseed meal was that germination coefficient of mung bean seed is over 1.5. Mung bean seeds could be used as the plant physiology material to evaluate the fermentation maturity degree of rapeseed meal.
